Heliopan Close-Up Lens 1 (6001) +1 dpt | 39 mm, für Leica
This lens reduces the close range of a 50 mm lens to 100 cm, so that one can go about his subject closer to map a larger picture. All this is enough to make with little effort and little money for great close-range shots.
This close-up lens can be screwed forward to a compatible lens. The purpose of the lens is to shorten the minimum focus distance of the lens, so that one can go about his subject closer to map a larger picture. With a power of +1 diopter the possible inclusion of a shortened distance 50 mm lens to 100 cm, the 100 cm apply for the case that the distance setting of the lens is set to infinity. In other distance settings even shorter working distances can be achieved. In this case, the shorter the photographing distance, the greater the magnification. The lens focal length plays a role. With increasing focal length, the possible scale increases. The close-up lens is a good alternative to an expensive macro lens. And opposite intermediate rings and other solutions, a close-up lens provides the advantage that the exposure is not significantly increased. However, one should note that there is upward limits, as the combination of a long focal length and a high diopter to significant loss results in imaging performance.
High quality lens with double coating
The glass is cut from high quality optical glass. The glass has a double sided coating. The coating reduces reflections at the transitions between the air and the glass. This is turn increases the transmission, so the transparency of the glass since significantly less light reflection lost. Thus, the loss of light is reduced to a minimum. In addition, reduces the risk of back reflections are reflected from the sensor by the lens base. This prevents the formation of ghost images.
High-quality brass mount with front thread
The close-up lens has a machined brass version. The version is extremely stable and precise fit. In addition, the version is frosted, so that it does not cause reflections.
Technical details
- Material: brass
- Height: 5.5 mm
Thread notice
Sufficient stopping down increases the sharpness and depth of field. To increase the impact several close-up lenses can be combined. Due to the low depth of field at close range and therefore no edge blurring, should be stopped down 8 or 11
Shooting distance 50 - 100 cm
