Shipping Conditions

Shipping Costs Germany (Prices incl. statutory VAT)

Standard Parcel (max. size 120x60x60 cm, total weight up to 30 kg): - flat rate - 7,95 €

DHL Small Parcel (small items up to a max. total weight of 1kg kg incl. packaging): - flat rate - 4,50 €

Oversize Parcel (= length >120 cm bis 200 cm, girth (= L + 2xB + 2xH) bis 360 cm): - flat rate - 29,95 €

Background Paper Rolls (shipping costs always apply for background paper rolls) (Prices incl. statutory VAT):
- Background paper roll 1,35 x 11 m - from 20,90 €
- Background paper roll 2,72 x 11 m - from 35,90 €
- Background paper roll 2,72 x 25 m - from 45,90 €
- Background paper roll 2,72 x 50 m - from 56,90 €
- Background paper roll 3,55 x 30 m - from 79,90 €

Picture Frames (shipping costs always apply for picture frames):
- up to 2 units - 9,95 €
- up to 5 units - 7,95 €
- from 5 units - 6,50 €

Shipping costs for non-parcel items and bulky goods (freight forwarding) are charged as follows:

Bulky goods are shipped by freight carrier - 59,90 €

Bulky goods are marked accordingly in the product description.

International Delivery

Please note that international shipping to certain countries is subject to delivery restrictions and not all items can be shipped to all countries.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 2-3 days; for international deliveries, within 3-20 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and provide details on collection options. No shipping costs will be charged in this case.

Further Payment Details

Payment by invoice is only availfromle for authorities, customers known to us, and public institutions.

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 14 days.
