Why a Polarizer Filter?
Natural light spreads straightforward in waveform in all directions. Pure sunlight is polarized and has a high color unit. When penetrating the atmosphere, part of it is scattered, which is superimposed as a blue-gray haze all colors. This proportion can often be dimmed with polar filters. If light also falls in the flat angle of about 35 degrees to a reflective surface, e.g. Water, glass, plastics, colors (with the exception of metallic surfaces), the light is reflected and polarized. If a properly oriented pole filter is now used, the reflexes are absorbed and the pure colors can arrive on the film or recording chip. Water surfaces are transparent, the flower through the celestial polarization is damped, the colors are far strong and sadden.
The Heliopan pole filters are supplied in a rotatable version with numeric wreath, so that the desired position and effect on each camera types can be easily set.
High quality brass frame with front thread for attaching another filter
The filter has a high quality brass capture. The socket is extremely stable and very perfect fit. In addition, brass offers better sliding properties than, for example, aluminum. Thanks to all these properties, the filter can be easily unscrewed and unscrewed. The socket is black matt to avoid reflections. In addition, the socket has a front thread for attaching another filter, a lens hood or a lens cover with locking mechanism.
With scale on the outside - facilitates the use of the filter on a searcher camera
Heliopan SH-PMC Multicoating
Reflection on glass / air surfaces is one of the main causes of contrast losses in lenses impossible in extreme detaching photography. Therefore, objective manufacturers operate a tremendous effort in the coating of their lenses. This quality chain should not break through by using a filter with inferior compensation. NEW company-owned systems and technologies will provide the Heliopan filters with significantly improved coating. The broadband mirror, each on each side of eight layers, not only reduces the reflection in the visible area of light to almost zero percent, it is also water and dirt repellent. This makes them considerably more robust against injury and easier to clean than previous MC filters or a front lens.
